As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help lead our growth and play a key role in shaping our future.The Opportunity This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a growing organisation and wants to make a genuine impact. You’ll work closely with the directors to be key to growing our sales function, manage incoming enquiries, and drive new business opportunities.We’re looking for a confident communicator with a strong commercial mindset, great people skills, and a proactive approach to developing and closing opportunities.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales function alongside company directors• Manage and convert inbound enquiries into active opportunities• Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, and relationship building• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across Harlow, Hertfordshire, and London• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotes• Work with internal teams to ensure accurate expectations and smooth handovers• Represent the business at events, trade shows, and networking groups• Contribute to sales strategy, planning, and overall growth initiatives
- Previous senior sales or sales leadership experience required (industry background flexible)• Experience within IT or MSP environments is beneficial, but if not an interest in technology/IT would be great.
