Acting as a central point between Delivery, Commercial, Finance, and HR, the role ensures efficient processes, accurate reporting, and smooth project execution. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and coordination skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Manage and update resource allocation via the ticketing system • Forecast and track resourcing needs with department heads • Maintain accurate project and PO data in Zoho and internal systems • Participate in daily resource planning and share monthly reporting • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and internal transfers with HR • Oversee project engagement details and ensure CRM accuracy • Track commercial deliverables like CVs and skill profiles • Ensure time logging compliance and provide reports for Finance • Audit project engagement details and close out completed work • Coordinate and document R&D team activities and reporting • Support continuous improvement of delivery-related processes • Strong organisational and time management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Effective communicator and collaborator across departments • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Proficient in Excel (PowerBI a plus) • Comfortable with CRM, ticketing systems, and tools like Zoho • Able to handle data with confidence and produce clear reports
