Introduction
This role is responsible for the execution of the foundational and tactical elements of the EQS E-commerce Strategy 2026, translating strategic priorities into delivered, measurable outcomes. The position focuses on optimising spare parts e-commerce page content, structure, and tagging to enable cross-sell and lead generation.
Key Duties
- Deliver updates and creation of service plans, extended warranty, and qualification service pages.
- Drive cross-sell integration between equipment, service, and spare parts pages.
- Ensure content is on-brand, compliant, and aligned to Equipment Service Solutions positioning.
- Enhance priority product pages with images, descriptions, and documentation.
- Create and optimise spare parts category pages and navigation.
- Track performance against agreed KPIs such as traffic, engagement, leads, and orders.
- Use data and insights to prioritise improvements and future initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital effectiveness and customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital programme management.
- Demonstrated track record of executing complex digital initiatives.
- Experience working with large product or service portfolios in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience with website content management, optimisation, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working in matrixed, global organisations.
- Hands-on approach.
