Commercial Innovation & Transformation Lead
Location: Woking / London (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + 10% Client Bonus

Acosta Europe is looking for a commercially minded Client Innovation & Value Realisation Lead to join our Red Bull team, acting as the bridge between client needs, frontline operations and business transformation initiatives.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll work across Commercial, Operations, Technology, Data and Insight functions to identify opportunities, solve business challenges and drive improvements that deliver tangible results. You'll gather insights from stakeholders and field teams, translate complex requirements into clear priorities, and build a pipeline of innovation initiatives focused on business impact, scalability and adoption.
You'll play a key role in bringing teams together, aligning stakeholders around shared objectives and ensuring new capabilities are successfully implemented. Through effective change management, training support and performance measurement, you'll help maximise adoption and demonstrate clear return on investment from improvement initiatives.
We're looking for an exceptional relationship builder with strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple business functions. You'll be comfortable using data, insight and customer feedback to influence decision-making and prioritise opportunities. Experience within FMCG, retail, field sales, continuous improvement, transformation or change management environments would be highly advantageous.
