AI Operations Associate / Graduate AI Builder

Acquire Me is hiring! We are a specialist tech recruiting firm connecting STEM talent with the world’s most renowned scientific-led quantitative hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and high-growth start-ups.

We are looking for a junior, graduate or intern-level AI Operations Associate / AI Builder to help us adopt AI across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about AI, automation and operational efficiency. We’re not looking for a traditional consultant. We’re looking for someone who likes building, experimenting, solving problems and finding practical ways to make a business run better.

You’ll work directly with the leadership team to:

• Identify manual or inefficient workflows.
• Build AI-powered tools, automations and internal processes.
• Test and evaluate AI tools.
• Help the team adopt AI safely and effectively.
• Measure the impact of AI projects across the business.

You might be a recent graduate, final-year student, self-taught builder or junior technologist. A STEM background would be useful, but we care more about curiosity, problem-solving ability and evidence that you can build useful things.

Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Python, APIs, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, n8n, SQL or dashboards would be a bonus.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to apply AI in a real business environment and help shape how a company uses AI from the ground up.
