Acquire Me is a specialist, research-led search firm operating exclusively across hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and quantitative technology teams. We focus on high-bar, front-office hiring within a niche segment of the market - delivering through a research-led approach rather than high-volume recruitment.
This is a plug-and-play opportunity for experienced recruiters. You’ll step into an existing client base, with the option to take ownership of key accounts early - allowing you to focus on delivery and revenue generation rather than building a desk from scratch.
The Role:
- 360 ownership of senior technology and quant mandates
- Early ownership of established client accounts (based on experience)
- No requirement for outbound BD - driven by existing relationships and demand
- Direct access to hedge funds, trading firms, and quant teams
- High-value, front-office assignments with longer-term processes
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in agency recruitment
- Experience in technology or financial services recruitment preferred, but open to high-performing recruiters from other markets.
- Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level
- Commercial, self-sufficient, and delivery-focused
