We’ve built strong, direct relationships with key decision makers across trading and quant teams over the past eight years, and we’re expanding our team with experienced recruiters.

The Opportunity:

Step into a high-calibre, specialist market handling senior-level mandates. You’ll work directly with decision-makers, leveraging established client relationships, and operate in a performance-driven environment with autonomy and uncapped commission.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven agency recruitment experience with a track record of billing
• Comfortable managing clients and running full 360 recruitment processes
• Commercial, organised, and delivery-focused

Open to strong Consultants through to Principal-level recruiters.
