We’re on the lookout for an Account Management Lead ( HealthTech ) to join an innovative organisation transforming mental health pathways through digital products.

You will lead strategic account management across a portfolio of clients, helping organisations realise value from the platform, strengthen adoption, and identify opportunities to expand services to improve patient outcomes. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role where you’ll build trusted partnerships and drive long-term growth within existing accounts.

Job Role:

  • Act as the senior day-to-day contact for client accounts and partner organisations, building strong relationships across public sector stakeholders
  • Develop deep understanding of client priorities, challenges and long-term objectives
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans, identifying risks, priorities and growth opportunities
  • Lead regular client reviews, presenting performance insights, service updates and recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to expand services through new use cases, product adoption and broader deployment
  • Collaborate with clients to understand operational challenges and shape solutions for client delivery
  • Support commercial conversations with a focus on long-term partnership and value creation
  • Work closely with internal product, programme and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
  • Monitor account performance, client health and KPIs, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement
  • Lead issue resolution and escalation management, ensuring strong client outcomes and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, reporting and opportunity tracking

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Client Delivery or Customer Success within SaaS, HealthTech or public sector environments
  • Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Experience creating and delivering strategic account plans with a focus on retention and growth
  • Commercial awareness with a consultative, value-led approach to client expansion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, delivery and operations teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to bring clarity in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
