Trading System C++ Developer

Actant develops an automated derivatives trading platform for trading on global derivatives exchanges in traditional and crypto markets.

Must-have

  • Strong modern C++, 5+ years writing production code
  • You understand advanced concepts such as algorithms, memory, concurrency, templates, and performance trade-offs.
  • Ability to work independently in a complex codebase
  • Personality: humble, curious, comfortable asking questions and learning fast

Nice to have

  • Experience with any of: Windows, Linux, Python, C#, JS/TypeScript, low-latency systems
  • Interest in improving the tech stack and tools; C++ version upgrades, CI tool improvements, roll out AI tools etc.
  • Network programming: TCP/UDP/IP, sockets, WebSockets, REST
  • Exposure to finance/derivatives or crypto markets
