- Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take ownership of projects, managing scope, timelines, and budgets while proactively addressing risks and issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating the creation of product backlogs and requirement documents to ensure customer needs are understood and met.
- Structure and oversee project governance, including maintaining risks and issues logs.
- Leverage tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, GitHub, or GitLab for backlog and sprint management.
- Collaborate with multiple third-party vendors and partners, ensuring seamless delivery of complex IT and data projects.
