We're looking for a Customer Success Manager with a media buying background who can bridge the gap between software and performance marketing. You'll ensure our customers get real outcomes with AdManage.ai — not just features.
What You'll Do
- Own onboarding: guide new customers from setup to first wins, ensuring a smooth transition onto the platform.
- Be a strategic partner: use your media buying knowledge to advise on campaign structure, creative testing, and scaling strategies.
- Drive adoption: help customers unlock the full value of features like bulk ad launching, creative mining, and performance dashboards.
- Build relationships: act as the trusted point of contact for brands, agencies, and growth teams using AdManage.ai.
- Close the feedback loop: work closely with our product and engineering teams to translate customer pain points into product improvements. We ship continuously — your insights will hit production fast.
- Proactively reduce churn: monitor account health, identify risks, and intervene early with tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Background in media buying (Meta, TikTok). You've run accounts, tested creatives, scaled budgets, and know the grind.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a CSM role.
- Ability to simplify complex ad tech into clear, actionable guidance for customers.
- Strong communication skills — you're confident on Google Meet, email, and Slack.
- Startup mentality: comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving fast, and working closely with founders.
