Senior Incident & Problem Service Manager

We're looking for a Senior Incident & Problem Service Manager to join one of our public sector clients.

Length: 12 months

Rate: up to £550 per day

Ir35 status: Inside ir35

Location: London, hybrid

Clearance - Active SC preferred

We are looking for a Major Incident Manager who has extensive experience in managing Major Incidents and problems at all priority levels. The individual needs to be able to gain buy-in from the team to enhance the service and improve ways of working.

Driving enhancements and improvements within the team (both process and resource) to the right level of maturity to be successful. Providing a User focused service in restoring IT issues affecting the business.

Working closely with other teams to support reactive Incident and implement preventative measures. Interlink Service Operations processes and procedures to ensure a full Life Cycle for Service Management.
