PHP Developer – North Lincolnshire (Mainly Remote) - £50,000 Flexible Office Presence & Hours | Standardised Progression Plan | Best Practice | Symfony/Typescript/React/AWS Stack | AI Projects Ada Meher is currently working with a market leading retail company, based in North Lincolnshire, as they search for a PHP Developer to join their ever-expanding Engineering team. You’d be working on forward-thinking projects across Security, Integrations, AI/LLM and eCommerce work.This role would suit a Mid-Senior developer with a solid background in PHP Development and a modern MVC framework (Laravel / Symfony etc). They are looking for Engineers with an appreciation for best practices such as TDD and SOLID principles as well the latest PSR12 standards. With their transparent salary banding system you will have visibility on targets and quarterly reviews against progress to the next step in your career.As part of their commitment to work/life balance, the client allow employees to work to a schedule to fit them, choosing your hours between the hours of 7am-7pm. They also work hybrid remote, with semi-regular visits to the office to collaborate with the team.To be considered:

• Demonstrable experience with PHP Development
• Experience with relevant frameworks (Laravel/Symfony)
• Experience with best practices such as TDD, SOLID & PSR
• Any knowledge of Typescript/AWS or React would be a benefit
• Knowledge of Microservices would also be a benefit
