About the Organisation
Our client is a growing UK professional services firm operating a finance environment centred on Elite 3E, supported by a bespoke Front End platform and Microsoft technology stack hosted in Azure.
Following implementation, the firm is experiencing challenges across data integrity, system integrations and financial reporting confidence. An experienced interim is required to stabilise and strengthen the environment.
The Role
This is a hands-on stabilisation assignment requiring both technical depth and strong stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will work closely with finance leadership, IT and an external development partner to diagnose issues, improve integration reliability and restore confidence in reporting.
Key focus areas include:
- End-to-end data flow analysis (Front End - 3E - reporting)
- Resolving reconciliation discrepancies
- Improving SQL performance and data controls
- Strengthening API/integration reliability
- Introducing structured testing and defect discipline
- Providing clear risk visibility to senior stakeholders
- Improving governance over third-party developers
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable experience working with Elite 3E
- Strong SQL and data analysis capability
- ERP/finance systems troubleshooting background
- Integration experience (APIs/REST)
- Experience in Azure-hosted environments
- Confident stakeholder engagement across finance and technology
- Calm, analytical and delivery-focused
