Overview

An established UK organisation is seeking an Openscape-certified Telephony Product Manager to support and enhance its core voice services. Due to vendor access restrictions, candidates must hold expert-level Unify/Openscape certification.

The role involves shaping the product strategy for telephony services, prioritising requirements, managing roadmaps, and working closely with technical teams and internal stakeholders to deliver effective, user-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product strategy for Openscape telephony services.
• Identify product opportunities and translate them into requirements.
• Lead roadmap creation, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication.
• Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are usable and feasible.
• Monitor performance using data, research, and analytics.
• Manage a small product budget and support project delivery.
• Conduct technical audits and data gathering.
• Manage supplier and third-party relationships.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering telephony migration or transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to use market insights and data to inform product decisions.
• Experience across the full product life cycle and agile ways of working.
• Budget planning and project management capability.
• Technical surveys and audits experience.
• Supplier/partner management.
