Glasgow (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office)

Salary: up to c. £45,000 basic

About the Role

A newly created position has opened in Glasgow (2 days/week in the office, the rest at home). This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of technology and risk oversight, shaping how IT and Strategic Development risks are managed across digital, email and telephony platforms.

Who this could suit

We're open to applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including:

• IT/Technology professionals (e.g., support, infrastructure, service delivery) with some light audit or risk experience (perhaps ISO 9000/ ISO 27001 etc) who'd be interested to develop a career path in IT risk, assurance, and oversight.
• Junior IT/Technology Risk, Controls, Assurance or Oversight professionals looking for their next step.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the design and delivery of a robust IT oversight framework.
• Working closely with Compliance and Strategic Development teams.
• Testing and assessing IT controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Gaining exposure to industry frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, and ITIL.
