AI Practice Lead – Microsoft Ecosystem

UK remote working with limited travel

Up to £90k plus bonus

We’re looking for a senior AI leader to build and scale a Microsoft-focused AI Practice - turning strategy into a high-impact, revenue-generating capability built on Azure and the wider Microsoft platform.

You’ll define how AI is designed, governed and delivered across Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform - ensuring secure, scalable and commercially successful outcomes for customers.

The Role

• Define and execute the Microsoft AI Practice operating model, aligning strategy to Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Build market-ready AI propositions leveraging Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio
• Lead enterprise AI solution design, including GenAI and RAG patterns embedded across the Microsoft stack
• Establish architectural standards, security models and responsible AI governance frameworks
• Own commercial performance, including revenue growth, utilisation and AI opportunity development
• Influence senior stakeholders, support Microsoft-aligned pre-sales and act as a visible AI thought leader

What You’ll Bring

• Experience building or leading a Microsoft AI practice or Centre of Excellence
• Deep knowledge of Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and AI integration patterns
• Strong understanding of how AI augments Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Enterprise architecture grounding across security, compliance and governance
• Commercial awareness with proven contribution to AI-driven revenue growth
• Confidence influencing C-suite and senior technology leaders
