Microsoft Business Applications AI Solutions Lead - Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot
Up to £110k basic salary, £130k package.
UK based and remote.
We are looking to hire an experienced Microsoft Business Applications AI Solutions Lead to help drive AI and Agentic transformation initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem.
This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric and Azure technologies, helping enterprise clients unlock value through AI, automation and next-generation business applications.
The role will involve:
- Leading client workshops, demonstrations and presales engagements
- Supporting go-to-market strategy and proposition development around Microsoft AI and Agentic solutions
- Building trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and Microsoft teams
- Supporting bids, proposals, RFPs and strategic client opportunities
- Designing scalable Microsoft business application and AI solutions
- Driving innovation across Copilot, automation, Power Platform and emerging AI technologies
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong Microsoft Business Applications experience across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and AI-driven automation solutions
- A strong architecture, consulting or solution leadership background
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting presales activities, workshops and solution strategy discussions
- Commercial awareness with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable Microsoft solutions
