Adapt 365 are recruiting for a Principal Consultant on behalf of one of our long-standing Microsoft-focused customers. This is a senior, strategic role leading major Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform programmes, perfect for someone who enjoys shaping direction, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving real transformation.

The Role

You’ll operate as the strategic lead across complex digital transformation engagements, setting the vision, defining functional architecture, and guiding customers through large-scale Microsoft Business Applications programmes.

You’ll be the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, oversee multiple delivery streams, and ensure high-quality solution design, governance, and value realisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead discovery, solution design and functional architecture for major CE & Power Platform programmes
• Oversee multiple delivery streams to ensure quality, alignment and successful outcomes
• Build strong senior stakeholder relationships and drive adoption & value realisation
• Provide governance, guidance and escalation support to delivery teams
• Support presales activity (solution shaping, estimates, presentations)
• Mentor and develop Consultants and Architects across the practice
• Champion best practice and continuous improvement in delivery methodology

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years in customer-facing delivery roles within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Deep functional expertise across Dynamics 365 CE workloads and the wider Power Platform
• Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders
• Strong background in shaping digital transformation and scalable enterprise solutions
• Ability to lead strategically while remaining hands-on when required
