I'm working with a global consultancy that's growing its Dynamics 365 and Power Platform team, and I'm looking for a Developer to join a delivery team.

It's a hands-on role. You'll work on one client project at a time, in an agile, cloud-first team with a strong DevOps focus from design through to production. You'll have a real say in how solutions are designed, not just build to a spec.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the development and implementation of D365 and Power Platform solutions within a delivery team
• Designing solutions and extending the platform through customisation where the out-of-the-box capability runs out
• Building with Microsoft's declarative tools and the firm's own technical accelerators
• Following and promoting software engineering best practice
• Helping shape the wider Microsoft Business Applications technical offering

What you'll bring

• Real enthusiasm for D365 and the Power Platform, including what it can and can't do out of the box
• Solid D365 SDK and tooling knowledge, plus .NET and Dataverse Web API
• Hands-on CI/CD experience, ideally with Azure DevOps
• A good grasp of the wider Microsoft stack
• Recent exams or certifications that show you keep your knowledge current
• An interest in Azure development and integration (Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus). No experience here? They'll help you build it
