One of the UK's fast-growing Microsoft Partners is looking for a Head of Dynamics CE and Power Platform to lead and shape their practice as it scales.

This is a genuine leadership role, not a caretaker one. The practice is growing, which means real influence over how it's built, how delivery works, and where it goes next - not stepping into something already fixed in place.

What you'll be doing

• Owning practice performance across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Working closely with leadership to shape commercial and delivery strategy
• Growing and developing the team as the practice scales, including future hiring
• Acting as a senior escalation point and trusted advisor for clients

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on background in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform delivery, ideally within a partner or consultancy environment
• Proven experience leading teams, projects, or workstreams
• Comfortable owning senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• This could suit someone already at Head/Practice Lead level, or a strong Team Lead or Principal Consultant ready to step up into their first leadership role
