Microsoft Copilot Engineer
Job Title: Microsoft Copilot Engineer
Location: Hybrid
Salary: up to £90k
If you’re the kind of person who gets genuinely excited about what Copilot, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 can do together, you’ll feel right at home in this role.
This is your chance to work on solutions that really matter — building, integrating, testing and optimising Copilot experiences that help organisations work smarter, faster and more creatively. You'll bring your knowledge of the wider Microsoft stack to life across real-world projects.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll design and build Copilot agents and agent flows that solve genuine user needs — sometimes as part of a large delivery team, sometimes as the expert on shorter engagements. You’ll shape end-to-end solutions, extend functionality with both low-code and pro-code approaches, and keep everything aligned with engineering best practice.
You’ll also play a part in the wider community — whether that’s contributing ideas, championing DevOps standards, or helping evolve internal capability.
What you bring
- Solid experience of the Power Platform and Copilot.
- Strong understanding of agent configuration, prompts and underlying tech.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse.
- Solid grounding in CI/CD (Azure DevOps ideal).
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and solution design best practices.
- An agile mindset and collaborative approach.
- Curiosity — you keep up with new features, functionality and certifications.
- Bonus points if you’re exploring Azure serverless, APIs or integration patterns.
If this opportunity aligns with your experience, apply and I’ll be in touch within 48 hours.
