The Role

We're looking for an ambitious recruitment consultant with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. You'll work with cutting-edge AI and Web3 companies, building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and developing your expertise in the most innovative areas of tech.

This isn't your typical recruitment role. You'll have the autonomy to build your desk your way, work with global clients, and earn significantly more than traditional recruitment markets offer.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at innovative deep-tech companies
• Source and engage high-quality candidates across blockchain and Web3
• Manage full recruitment cycles from client briefing to offer acceptance
• Develop market knowledge and build your personal brand in emerging tech sectors
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio

What We're Looking For

• 1.5-4 years of recruitment experience with a strong track record
• Proven ability to build relationships and hit targets
• Self-motivated and resilient with strong communication skills
• Genuine interest in technology and innovation
• Desirable: Tech recruitment experience, existing industry network, knowledge of AI/Web3

• Competitive Base Salary
