IT Support & Systems Engineer

With multiple teams relying on technology to function day to day, they are investing in secure, scalable systems, modern device management and consistent user support. You'll join a lean technology function where you will work cloesly with the IT Manager to deliver the roadmap, support the business through growth, and play a key role in improving how technology is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day 1st-2nd line support across MacOS & Windows, troubleshooting hardware, software, network and access issues for office, retail and warehouse teams.
  • Own M365 administration, user management, onboarding/offboarding, and support adoption of modern Microsoft tools and standards.
  • Manage devices and identity through Entra ID and Intune, ensuring compliance, secure configurations, lifecycle management and anti-virus deployment.
  • Support the hybrid cloud environment (Azure & SharePoint), assisting with network/firewall issues, monitoring system alerts and improving overall security posture.
  • Maintain backup, retention and disaster-recovery processes to ensure resilience, data protection and operational continuity.
  • Work closely with third-party providers, raising/tracking tickets, managing performance and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
