Salary: £30,000–£38,000 + uncapped commission.

Location: London / hybrid.

Technology: E-learning SaaS platform.

The role

We’re an eLearning platform delivering online training across the UK. With a strong product and big growth plans! Looking to hire a driven B2B hunter to build pipeline, close net-new business, and help scale our outbound engine.

What You’ll Do

  • 100% new business: high-volume cold calling, outbound email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, tailored demos, proposals, negotiation and close.
  • Map accounts & territories: identify owners, managers and key decision-makers.
  • Maintain tight sales hygiene: accurate notes, forecasts and metrics in HubSpot.
  • Stay focused on new logos: hand over all wins for onboarding.
  • Improve the playbook: refine messaging and share insights.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years B2B new-business experience (SaaS / Recruitment / phone-based Sales)
  • Proven track record in generating your own pipeline and closing SMB/mid-market deals.
  • Confidence in cold outreach, phone-first mentality.
  • Strong discovery, objection handling and remote demo skills.
  • Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working autonomously.

How Success Is Measured

  • Outbound activity and qualified pipeline created
  • Demos run, win rate and new logos closed
  • Monthly/quarterly revenue/ARR performance
