What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted prospecting efforts, helping the team by scheduling sales meetings and assisting in the sales process.
  • Generate leads and build a robust pipeline to support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximise the impact of our Account-Based Marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to the rapid growth of the UK commercial team through effective collaboration.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience as an SDR, ideally in compliance, HRTech, or workflow solutions
  • Consultative selling style with strong discovery and objection-handling skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisation skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with lead generation processes and HubSpot.
