Senior Account Manager (Remote - UK)

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of existing customers. You'll build trusted relationships, drive renewals, identify new opportunities and help customers get the most value from our solutions.

This is a consultative role where you'll work closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience while achieving retention and growth targets.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become a trusted advisor.
  • Drive contract renewals and protect recurring revenue.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs.
  • Lead regular account reviews and create account growth plans.
  • Proactively manage customer risks and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and account plans.
  • Work collaboratively with delivery, support and sales teams to ensure customer success.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events and webinars.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' experience in managing Enterprise customers in IT Sales.
  • A proven track record of retaining and growing customer accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is desirable.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), SaaS, enterprise software or managed services.
  • Knowledge of industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Energy, Facilities Management or Transport.
