The Role
- Prospecting inbound and outbound leads through networking, cold outreach and working closely with marketing.
- Managing qualification conversations.
- Building a pipeline of prospects.
- Working with the wider commercial team to refine ICP targeting, outreach strategies and messaging.
Who You Are
- 1.5+ years of experience in sales development and business development.
- Curious and relationship-led in your approach.
- Determined and driven to be the best.
- Able to understand complex deal cycles and can adapt to different companies.
- Data-driven and organised.
- Strong academic background.
- (Not required but desirable) experience in regulated industries/healthcare.
