The Role

  • Prospecting inbound and outbound leads through networking, cold outreach and working closely with marketing.
  • Managing qualification conversations.
  • Building a pipeline of prospects.
  • Working with the wider commercial team to refine ICP targeting, outreach strategies and messaging.

Who You Are

  • 1.5+ years of experience in sales development and business development.
  • Curious and relationship-led in your approach.
  • Determined and driven to be the best.
  • Able to understand complex deal cycles and can adapt to different companies.
  • Data-driven and organised.
  • Strong academic background.
  • (Not required but desirable) experience in regulated industries/healthcare.
