Account Director

We’re currently recruiting for a high-impact Account Director for a globally recognised Managed Service Provider. ROLE OVERVIEW

Location: London - Hybrid

Package: £50,000 - £70,000 + Double OTE + Multiple Performance Bonuses

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges, uncover pain points, and identify solution opportunities aligned with strategic priorities
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and deal closure, driving consistent performance against revenue targets and pipeline objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering valuable insights and maintaining long-term client relationships while uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value
  • Attend and host client engagements through meetings, webinars, workshops, and licensing assessments, providing expert guidance on optimal technology solutions and licensing strategies

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' proven success in full-cycle (360) sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT consultancy, or Value Added Reseller (VAR) environment is essential
  • Experience selling Cisco and/or Microsoft solutions is essential and will be a strong asset in this role
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive, target-driven environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required for client meetings and onsite engagements
