Role Overview:

  • Location: New Malden, SW London (3 days in the office)
  • Package: £60,000 - £70,000 p/a + commission + benefits
  • Industry: HR Tech / Talent Assessment / SaaS

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Winning new mid-market clients and expanding the organisation’s customer base
  • Building strong relationships with existing accounts to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Developing strategic account plans to maximise long-term client value and revenue growth
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they gain real value from the platform and solutions
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline and accurate sales forecasts through CRM tools

Main Skills Needed:

  • Around 4+ years’ experience in an Account Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development role within mid-market B2B environments
  • Background in SaaS sales, ideally within HR tech, talent assessment, or people analytics
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
  • Strong prospecting skills, including cold outreach and new business development
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle and closing complex deals
  • Ability to grow revenue within existing accounts through consultative upselling and cross-selling
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or similar
  • Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales tools to manage pipeline and reporting
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
