Main responsibilities as a Contact Centre Team Manager

We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on Digital Test Automation Lead to help shape and drive our test automation strategy across both web and mobile apps. This is a great opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and make a real impact on how we build and release digital products.

• Leading the design and implementation of end-to-end test automation for web and native mobile apps.
• Collaborating daily with developers, external partners, and digital product teams to ensure quality is embedded at every stage.
• Overseeing all testing activities—covering functional, performance, compatibility, accessibility, and security testing.
• Coaching and mentoring teams on automation best practices, tool selection, and industry standards.

Main Skills/ Requirements:

• A strong automation background with at least 5 years of dedicated test automation experience.
• Solid programming skills in Swift, Objective-C, Java, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven experience in setting up test automation frameworks for mobile apps using native tools.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines—preferably with GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
• Experienced in leading and building teams.
