A major transformation programme is underway within one of the UK’s most complex logistics environments, and they’re looking for Business Analysts to help shape the future of their systems, processes, and digital services.
This is a chance to work across large-scale operational change, connecting business priorities with technical delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Role Overview:
- Location: Farringdon, London/Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
- Package: £300 – £390 per day Inside IR35
- Contract Length: 6 months with scope for further extension
- Industry: Logistics, Technology, Digital Transformation
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
- Analyse and document complex operational processes across a large-scale logistics environment
- Map current and future-state processes to identify areas for efficiency, improvement, and automation
- Carry out gap analysis between existing operations and future technical capabilities across multiple digital workstreams
- Act as the link between operational teams, technical specialists, architects, developers, and third-party suppliers
- Translate business priorities into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Use data and reporting to support decision-making, validate requirements, and demonstrate the impact of change
- Produce user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation to keep delivery aligned to programme timelines
- Work closely with PMO and project teams to ensure solutions meet both business and technical needs
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong experience working as a Business Analyst, working on digital transformation or modernisation projects.
- Previous experience with major logistics organisations such as Royal Mail, DHL, Amazon, DPD, or FedEx
- Experience working with areas such as CRM, ERP, cyber security, infrastructure, application development, or warehouse management systems
- Confident operating across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Skilled in writing user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting end-to-end project delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn technical detail into clear business language
- Analytical mindset with strong process mapping, data analysis, and documentation skills
