Role Overview:
- Location: Central London/Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
- Package: £55,000- £68,000pa & benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyse business problems and opportunities, delivering actionable solutions using Agile/SAFe methodology
- Challenge and refine business requirements through strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Work closely with client SMEs, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure viable, benefits-focused solutions
- Support change management by assessing readiness and impacts on people, processes, and systems
- Apply data insights to inform process and solution design
- Manage BA and project activities, including risks, issues, deliverables, and planning
- Contribute to practice growth by building client relationships and supporting development initiatives
Main Skills Needed:
- Minimum of 3 years working in the UK Public Sector directly or via a Consultancy.
- Eligibility for Security Clearance is required, due to the nature of projects.
- Strong analytical techniques: business requirements documentation, process and data modelling, GAP/SWOT analysis, cost/benefit analysis, traceability matrix, stakeholder mapping
- Experience with product lifecycle management, data projects, and large-scale IT transformations
- Familiarity with GDS delivery methods: Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live
- Agile knowledge (preferably SAFe/Scrum)
- Excellent stakeholder management across complex client environments
- Core consulting skills: communication, presentation, facilitation
- Organisational and planning capabilities
