Role Overview:

  • Location: Manchester/Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
  • Package: £80,000- £100,000pa & Benefits
  • Industry: Corporate & Commercial

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting company secretarial activities across a group of entities, ensuring strong corporate governance
  • Maintaining statutory books, registers and Companies House filings with precision
  • Drafting, reviewing and managing standard commercial agreements including NDAs, supplier and service contracts
  • Overseeing contract lifecycles, monitoring key dates, renewals and obligations
  • Assisting with corporate transactions, restructures and investment activity, including due diligence coordination
  • Acting as a key point of contact for external legal advisers and internal stakeholders
  • Contributing to compliance initiatives across areas such as data protection, AML and internal policy updates
  • Managing legal documentation systems and identifying ways to streamline processes
  • Producing clear, practical summaries and guidance for non-legal teams

Main Skills Needed:

  • Minimum of 6+ years in a Corporate or Commercial Paralegal role within the IT/Technology sector.
  • Experience working for an MSP, SAAS or Technology company.
  • Strong knowledge of company secretarial processes and corporate governance requirements
  • Experience supporting regulatory and compliance initiatives.
  • Confident drafting and reviewing routine commercial contracts such as NDAs, supplier agreements or service contracts.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a process-led mindset
  • Clear communicator, able to translate legal language into straightforward advice
  • Comfortable working independently while juggling multiple priorities
  • Exposure to scale-up environments or multi-entity environments would be advantageous
