Role Overview:

  • Location: Paddington (Hybrid)
  • Package: Day Rate Inside IR35

What You’ll Do:

Utilize advanced statistical and mathematical models to analyze intricate datasets, uncover meaningful patterns, and identify key trends. Design and implement rigorous experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of various initiatives. Collaborate seamlessly with business stakeholders to understand challenges, translate insights into practical solutions, and develop scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and other key technologies. Communicate your findings clearly and persuasively to both technical teams and executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement. Stay ahead of industry trends by expanding your expertise in cutting-edge developments in data science and predictive analytics.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in causal inference, regression modeling, and econometrics
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience in designing and executing experiments and A/B testing
  • Ability to develop and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful data projects and translating data into business strategies

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in econometrics and difference-in-differences analysis
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and visualization tools
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical techniques
  • Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • Extensive applied experience in data science, preferably in a predictive analytics context
  • Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven projects that drive tangible business results
