What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of digital product features across web and mobile platforms
- Working closely with agile scrum teams to drive the delivery of customer-focused digital experiences
- Translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and backlog priorities
- Collaborating with UX, Design, Engineering, Security and Compliance teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Using customer insights, usability testing and analytics to shape product improvements and feature development
- Owning and prioritising the product backlog to keep delivery aligned with business goals
- Supporting sprint planning, refinement and release processes within an agile environment
- Identifying delivery risks, removing blockers and ensuring teams stay focused on priorities
- Reviewing completed work to ensure outcomes meet expectations and customer needs
- Contributing to broader product roadmap discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across both technical and non-technical teams
Main Skills Needed:
- Previous experience within Digital Product Management in an agile environment
- Experience delivering customer-facing digital products across web and/or mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of agile delivery processes, backlog management and sprint planning
- Ability to balance customer needs with commercial objectives and business priorities
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple functions
- Experience working closely with UX, Design and Engineering teams
- Comfortable operating within regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and drive solutions
- Experience using Jira or similar agile project management tools
- Passion for digital products, customer experience and continuous improvement
