Role Overview:
- Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Hertfordshire)
- Package: £65,000 – £80,000 per annum & Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading non-functional testing across websites and applications to guarantee reliability and speed.
- Designing and running performance, scalability, load, and stress testing programmes.
- Using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to measure, validate, and optimise system behaviour.
- Identifying bottlenecks and recommending performance improvements.
- Working closely with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to implement changes.
- Building and maintaining monitoring solutions for production environments.
- Sharing expertise by mentoring colleagues and embedding best practices in performance testing.
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong background in non-functional testing, with proven use of JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing, tuning, and monitoring.
- Understanding of digital platforms, including websites and applications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and continuous improvement processes.
- Confident communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience in testing environments is a plus.
