What You’ll Be Doing:

• Translate business and operational needs into scalable Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) configurations.
• Design and implement OTM workflows, automation, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Optimise master data, itineraries, routing, and shipment execution for multi-leg and multi-stop transport.
• Build analytical and operational reports that drive better decision-making.
• Configure rate structures, screens, and layouts to improve usability and performance.
• Support system tuning, troubleshooting, and migration activities across environments.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end OTM solutions across LTL, FTL, Ocean, and Air modes.

Main Skills Needed:

• Deep hands-on OTM experience (10+ years).
• Strong understanding of OTM data models, schema, and configuration best practices.
• Skilled in SQL, API integration, and performance optimisation.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-modal transport management solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills.
