Oracle Fusion PLM Service Engineer

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing first-line support across Oracle Cloud PLM, Product Development, and Product Data Hub.
• Configuring, testing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion product lifecycle components.
• Handling API integrations, data migrations, and post-production (hypercare) support.
• Producing and troubleshooting custom reports using Oracle tools.
• Performing root cause analysis on recurring system issues.
• Managing incidents, tracking configuration updates, and validating quarterly patches.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Main Skills Needed:

• 5+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud PLM (PD/PDH).
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management processes.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion configurations and customizations.
• Skilled in API integration testing and data migration.
• Experience building and maintaining custom reports.
• Confident troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
