What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to drive automation and deployment efficiency.
• Building and configuring Kubernetes environments for scalable, secure applications.
• Supporting on-premise and cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Implementing and managing monitoring tools to ensure performance and reliability.
• Managing code repositories and version control systems for streamlined collaboration.
• Partnering with development teams to align platform capabilities with project needs.
• Driving automation and optimisation initiatives across the engineering lifecycle.
• Ensuring the platform evolves securely and efficiently as systems and workloads scale.

Main Skills Needed

• 5+ years in Platform, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proven background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab).
• Proficiency with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana or similar.
• Solid knowledge of Git and repository management best practices.
• Strong scripting and automation mindset, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Eligible for, or holding, UK Security Clearance.
