Retail & Corporate Test Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning and delivering the end-to-end test strategy for retail and corporate systems

• Leading test activities across internal teams and external partners, ensuring early and effective QA involvement

• Managing and maintaining in-house test labs supporting the retail terminal network

• Tracking test progress and quality KPIs — turning data into insight and action

• Introducing new testing approaches, tools and innovations (including AI-driven techniques)

• Building, leading and mentoring a high-performing QA team

• Championing collaboration across functions and fostering trusted relationships with stakeholders

Main Skills Needed:

• Proven experience in test management across retail and business systems

• Solid grasp of software testing across the lifecycle — including automation and performance testing

• Strong understanding of quality KPIs and how to forecast trends

• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills

• Confidence under pressure and a clear focus on delivery

• Team leadership experience, with a collaborative and inclusive style
