Role Overview:
- Location: Remote
- Package: £62,000pa + benefits
- Industry: Retail / Technology / Gaming
- Length: 4-months FTC
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the delivery of multiple retail projects aligned to the annual business plan
- Roll out new-to-market technology solutions across retail environments
- Manage project budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) up to £1m, ensuring strong ROI
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, tracking performance and spend
- Collaborate cross-functionally to take ideas from concept through to delivery
- Act as the link between commercial teams, project managers, and technical functions
- Identify new opportunities through market trends, innovation, and external insights
- Partner with account teams to deliver initiatives across national retail accounts
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Provide strategic insights based on retailer performance, technology, and market trends
- Oversee third-party involvement, ensuring effective contribution to projects and BAU
- Support wider business initiatives including product enhancements and system changes
- Ensure all projects align with responsible play standards and compliance requirements
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong experience delivering cross-functional projects within retail or similar sectors
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, including director-level relationships
- Commercial mindset with solid financial and budget management experience
- Comfortable working with technical concepts and translating them for wider teams
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of retail operations, customer needs, and market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
