We’re partnering with a leading talent assessment provider to find a high-performing Sales Development Representative to drive growth across the UK market. The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of new business development, targeting mid-market and enterprise organisations looking to elevate their recruitment and talent strategy through data-driven assessment tools.

This isn’t transactional sales. It’s strategic, relationship-led, insight-driven business development. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting product launch at the intersection of psychology, technology, and AI.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting → Winning new logos across the UK
  • Outbound Outreach → Driving proactive engagement to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead Qualification → Running consultative discovery conversations to identify high-quality opportunities
  • Appointment Setting → Securing qualified meetings to accelerate pipeline growth
  • CRM Management → Maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting visibility
  • Market Intelligence → Engaging HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leaders and L&D stakeholders with informed insight
  • Collaboration → Collaborating with marketing and account managers to convert pipeline into revenue

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years proven B2B sales experience (SaaS, HR tech, psychometrics, or related space preferred)
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and active listening.
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Confidence selling to senior HR stakeholders. An energetic, and curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Consultative, value-led sales approach
  • Comfortable managing longer sales cycles
  • Self-starter mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach).

Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or talent assessment platforms is a plus.

Package

  • £40,000 base salary + uncapped commission = +-£15,000 meeting targets
  • Hybrid flexibility - 3 days on site, New Malden
