This is a senior sales leadership role with a growing technology-led organisation serving complex, regulated industries. You’ll shape the commercial engine, build future-facing capability, and play a key role in driving long-term revenue growth.

Role Overview:

  • Location: Office-based, Farnborough
  • Package: £45,000–£60,000 base + uncapped quarterly OTE
  • Industry: Technology

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and developing an established team of Account Managers, setting clear standards and direction
  • Building a new outbound-focused Business Development function from the ground up
  • Owning the end-to-end sales strategy, from pipeline creation through to long-term account growth
  • Partnering closely with the CEO on forecasting, pipeline reviews, and commercial planning
  • Developing strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients across construction and defence
  • Driving upsell and cross-sell activity across a broad solutions portfolio
  • Embedding CRM best practices to improve visibility, accuracy, and reporting
  • Ensuring a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience alongside service teams
  • Putting structure around sales processes, coaching, and performance management
  • Improving deal quality, velocity, and win rates through enablement and clear execution

Main Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams in a B2B environment is essential.
  • Strong background in enterprise account management and new business development.
  • Commercially astute, with experience in owning revenue forecasts and pipelines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, engineering, and leadership
  • Confident using CRM data to drive decision-making and performance
  • Experience in the Wireless Connectivity sector would be advantageous.
  • Hands-on leader who coaches, challenges, and develops their team
  • Please note, during the probation this role will be fully on site in Farnborough. After this, it will move to a more flexible model (3-4 days per week).
