This organisation is midway through a major transformation, moving from systems-led change to a genuinely human, customer-first approach. This role sits right at the heart of that shift, shaping how large-scale change lands across the business and how people experience it.

Role Overview:

  • Location: Hertfordshire/Hybrid (3 days per week on site, 2 days working from home)
  • Contract Length: 6 Months & Immediate Start
  • Day Rate: £650- £800 per day Inside IR35 dependent on experience
  • Industry: Consumer, Entertainment & Digital Transformation

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning and delivering human-led change across a complex portfolio of transformation programmes
  • Designing change strategies that balance ambition with organisational capacity and real-world impact
  • Assessing change impacts across people, process and technology and turning insight into action
  • Managing dependencies and sequencing across multiple initiatives to reduce overload and disruption
  • Building trusted relationships with senior leaders, sponsors and change networks
  • Influencing priorities and providing visibility of the wider change roadmap
  • Shaping clear, engaging communication that connects colleagues to the “why” behind change
  • Partnering with learning teams to embed new capabilities, behaviours and ways of working
  • Tracking readiness, adoption and engagement, adjusting plans where needed to ensure change sticks
  • Capturing lessons learned to continuously raise change maturity across the organisation

Main Skills Needed:

  • Experience within a large, highly regulated environment is essential
  • Extensive experience leading business change within large, multi-programme transformations that impact end consumers or users
  • Strong grounding in recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter or similar)
  • Proven ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Strategic mindset with the flexibility to adapt in fast-moving environments
  • High emotional intelligence and a genuinely people-first approach to change
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
