Senior Infrastructure Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a recognised IT Consultancy for the role of Senior Infrastructure Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation delivering infrastructure-led solutions across secure, high-stakes environments, including public sector and national security priorities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain, enhance, and secure multi-classification, virtualised collaboration and development environments
• Partner with IT infrastructure teams to strengthen 'Secure by Design’ practices both internally and within project delivery
• Provide infrastructure support for project-based systems, ensuring stability and performance
• Execute infrastructure maintenance tasks in accordance with established change control processes

Main Skills/ Requirements:

• Windows Server 2016 and newer administration and build experience
• Linux systems expertise, including CentOS, Red Hat, and Ubuntu
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and system management
• End-user device provisioning, maintenance, patching, and security hardening
