A well-established UK business is investing heavily in digital transformation and AI-led operational improvement, with a growing focus on embedding AI agents and automation into core business processes.

As part of this journey, they’re looking for two experienced Project Managers to help shape and deliver a range of business change initiatives across the organisation.

Role Overview:

• Location: Remote based with ad-hoc travel to Leicester (1-2 times per month)
• Day Rate: £500- £600 per day Inside IR35
• Contract Length: 4-6 months initially with scope for further extension

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead a range of business change and AI-focused projects across the organisation
• Support the rollout of AI agents and automation initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency
• Help shape project scope, planning and delivery approach within evolving transformation programmes
• Work closely with internal AI Engineering teams and external delivery partners where required
• Drive end-to-end delivery for smaller change initiatives, while helping mobilise larger transformation projects
• Translate business requirements into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes
• Navigate a mix of agile and traditional delivery methods depending on project and stakeholder needs
• Engage and influence stakeholders across operational, business and technical teams
• Monitor delivery progress, manage risks and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives
• Support the wider business through periods of operational and technology-driven change

Main Skills Needed:

• Strong experience delivering business change projects is essential
• Proven experience working on AI projects or embedding AI to improve efficiency within business operations
• Comfortable working across both planning and delivery phases of projects
• Experience operating in agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly as priorities evolve
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technology teams
• Background in sectors such as retail, utilities, consultancy or similarly fast-paced environments is advantageous
• Proven ability to translate complex strategies into scalable delivery plans
