We’re hiring a proven Tech Recruiter with 4–6 years’ agency experience who can run a desk properly — delivery, candidate control, commercial judgement and system discipline.
You’ve billed. You’ve seen good and bad markets. You know what works.
Now you want a serious environment.
The role
You’ll take ownership of a tech vertical and build it properly.
This means:
- Running a high-activity desk across software, data, cloud or infrastructure
- Controlling processes end-to-end
- Managing client expectations commercially
- Driving interviews, offers and conversions with intent
- Using data to manage performance, not gut feel
While we want someone with experience, there is support, infrastructure and standards.
The tooling
We expect you to know how to use:
- Bullhorn
- Modern RecTech
- CRM analytics to manage pipeline ratios
- Structured candidate qualification processes
If you’re still operating off instinct alone, this won’t suit you.
What matters
- 4–6 years in a fast-paced agency (tech essential)
- Clear billing track record
- Comfortable working at intensity
- Systems-driven, not chaotic
- High standards of candidate care and client management
- No clichés. No ego. Just output.
