Solutions Architect

Join us as a Solutions Architect and play a pivotal role in shaping our high-impact transformation programs that drive innovation and business success. In this dynamic, full-time position based in Milton Keynes, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge architecture solutions across strategic initiatives such as Contract Management Transformation, Fleet Programmes, and Digital Innovation. Collaborate with global teams to develop high-level designs aligned with our architecture standards, support seamless implementation, and influence the future of mobility solutions.

Compensation: £71,000 p/a + Amazing benefits

Work Model: 3 days on site per week in Milton Keynes

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience leading architecture development in complex systems
  • Deep expertise in at least one architecture domain (Business, Application, Data, Technology, Security)
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration, messaging models, and Agile/Lean practices
  • Experience with EA tools (LeanIX, Alfabet, Bizzdesign, Sparx EA)
  • Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure)
  • API design, event-driven and microservices architectures
  • Understanding of SOAP, REST, and modern integration patterns
  • Ability to produce detailed technical designs for diverse audiences
  • Experience in Financial Services, Automotive Finance, or regulated industry is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

  • TOGAF certification
  • Additional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including C-Suite
  • Leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration abilities
  • Strong emotional intelligence and teamwork mindset

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and solution design within a corporate environment

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work a minimum of 60% of time in-office at Milton Keynes with flexibility as needed
  • Ability to obtain relevant certifications if not already held
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, innovative environment
