Role Overview:
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid 60% onsite)
Package: Up to £71,000 + Bonus + Extensive Benefits
Industry: Financial Services / Mobility
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading solution architecture across major transformation programmes and core business domains.
- Creating high-level architectural designs that align with long-term technology roadmaps.
- Defining solution components and standards to support application, platform, and integration strategies.
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and service readiness.
- Translating complex business needs into clear architecture blueprints.
- Supporting teams with full-stack architectural guidance across platforms, data, integration, and cloud.
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong background in enterprise or solution architecture across complex, multi-system environments.
- Expertise in one or more areas: application, data, technology, business, or security architecture.
- Solid understanding of modern integration patterns, APIs, messaging, and event-driven design.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices approaches.
- Comfortable using EA tools such as LeanIX, Sparx, Bizzdesign, or similar.
- Ability to produce both high-level and low-level design documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
